Academic Excellence
We teach all subjects with excellence in order to develop a love of learning in students that will fully challenge their God-given abilities.
• We teach students to think for themselves and to stand up for their personal convictions in the face of disagreement.
|
• We instill a desire for excellence in the skills and academic disciplines required for higher education and future employment.
.
• The ISTEP GQE (graduation qualifying exam) is given to our 10th graders every year
and 89 – 100% of the students pass both the English and Math tests. |
.
• Each year at least 90% of graduating seniors go on to attend accredited colleges/universities, or other education programs.
.
• We offer three different diplomas for those with varying abilities and aspirations – general, college-bound, and honors.
.
• Our students often test out of many college classes saving time and money because of superior English and math skills.
.
• The Pre-K through 2nd grade classes offer a strong phonics-based reading program producing proficient and enthusiastic readers.

• Pre-K is a half-day, five-day-per-week program, with child care available for the other half of the day.

• Kindergarten is a full-day program meeting five days per week.
