From Angola (North):
• Take I-69 South to Exit 126 (CR 11-A)
• Turn East on CR 11-A until the road comes to an end.
• Turn North (left) on SR 427. 
• Approximately 1 mile on the right will be CR 52.
• Turn East (right) on CR 52.
• At the next stop sign (CR 29) Turn South (right)
• Lakewood Park is located approximately 1.5 miles on the left.

From Fort Wayne (South):
• Take I-69 North to Exit 126 (CR 11-A)
• Turn East on CR 11-A until the road comes to an end.
• Turn North (left) on SR 427. 
• Approximately 1 mile on the right will be CR 52.
• Turn East (right) on CR 52.
• At the next stop sign (CR 29) Turn South (right)
